This is a 100% sales role for 100% sales people who love sales and sales management.
Closing big clients across the region, consulting them and delivering top notch recruitment service.
This includes lots of research, emails, messages, phone calls, recording information on the respective CRM systems, negotiation, acquiring information, planning activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
You will build, train and lead a team of 5 to 8 consultants. You are directly accountable for the performance of every individual in your team and for applying immediate corrective actions in a positive leadership style that is based on providing the support needed for success of your team.
You will find, engage and constantly grow the business with clients you are responsible for.
You will lead by example and are expected to always demonstrate higher quality of work than what you require from your team.
You set the bar of expectations and how high is that bar is your accountability.
We have been doing this extremely well for years so you do not need to know how to do it, you just need to put the effort consistently and the result.
Qualifications and skills
3 to 5 years of Recruitment experience in Asia.
Proven hands on success in recruitment (building clients portfolio, sourcing candidates and generating revenue on your own.
Proficient in all Google apps / tools.
Extremely organized and applying common sense / logic in every action.
Strong awareness / knowledge about Information Technologies (IT) and Digital Marketing.
Leadership experience & proven track record in making other people successful.
