- Assist in defining the short and long-term product strategy and create a clear roadmap to achieve it.
- Work well with the engineering team to deliver against plans and targets by developing and maintain a product backlog.
- Partner with front end and operational teams to link technical capabilities to their strategic vision.
- Research on trends and patterns in market; perform industry research and competitor product analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to define processes for workflow & self service capabilities.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across business, design, and development teams. Escalate and resolve risks or misalignment effectively and immediately.
- Own the results. Track KPI’s and use them to drive decision-making about the future of the product.
Qualifications and skills:
- 1-2+ years in a project manager, developer, business analyst, product manager or internship/school leader position.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle principles or agile understanding.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and partner across complex organizations to drive results.
- Degree with a focus on technical skills such as Comp-Sci, MIS or related field highly desired.
- Critical thinker.
- Analytical rigor in decision making. Able to immerse in data and identify key trends, opportunities and risks.
- Ability to maintain a fine balance between business priorities and development capacity.
